We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We do not charge your card until the day we ship your order, however, we do authorize the payment total and verify your billing address when you place your order. It is imperative that you provide us with the same address that your credit card statements are sent to or your ship date can be delayed. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Trading Up, Inc. A note to those who would attempt to commit credit card fraud: We employ methods, in addition to verifying billing addresses, to guard against fraudulent credit card use. We will discover any attempts to commit fraud and we will report such attempts to the appropriate bank, your internet provider and/or your local authorities. It's not worth it! On orders mailed to us, we also accept money orders payable in U.S. Dollars to Trading Up, Inc. Make sure the money order is for the full amount of the order including shipping charges and sales tax (if you are in the state of Georgia). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders paid by personal check. Please pay with a credit card or by money order. We are required by Georgia State Law to collect 6% sales tax for all orders shipped to Georgia. In Georgia, all charges including shipping are taxable. To place an order to ship to APO and FPO addresses, please choose the United States as your country. Then enter APO or FPO, as appropriate, into the City field. Enter the two-letter military state code (AA, AE or AP) or the area designation (Americas, Europe or Pacific) in the State field. Remember that only USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping are available (UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses). Return To Top Return Policy If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return undamaged items for a refund or store credit subject to the terms below. Undamaged means that the returned item(s) is in a condition that allows us to re-sell it as new. If your item is damaged in shipment, the problem must be resolved by the carrier and is not eligible for return. Undamaged returns received by ThePotteryConnection.com within 21 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund. Undamaged returns received by ThePotteryConnection.com within 35 days of the ship date are eligible for a store credit. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable and no refund or credit will be issued for these charges. If the balance of your original order drops below the required threshold for free services that were provided on your original order when credit for the returned items is applied, the standard charge for these services will be deducted from your credit amount.
If you request a refund: We'll either issue a credit to your charge card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. Once we issue a credit to your charge card, allow 1-3 business days for it to be posted to your account. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable. If your return is received after 21 days from the original shipping date, a store credit will be issued good towards a future purchase at ThePotteryConnection.com.
